Talley Environmental Care granted U.S. EPA approved establishment number.

Talley Environmental Careā„¢ is pleased to announce that it has been granted a U.S. Environment Protection Agency (EPA) approved establishment number 85343-GBR-001. Establishments that produce pesticides, active ingredients or devices, including companies or establishments that import into the United States, must register and file production reports with EPA. Production includes formulation; packaging, repackaging, and relabeling, production in an unregistered establishment is a violation of the law.

The company also announced that TECcare Ultra, one of the products within the range has been developed for use in Federally Inspected meat, poultry and seafood processing locations. If used as directed, it will help to reduce contamination and cross-contamination of edible food products. Its use is acceptable for direct or indirect contact in or on food, including fruits, vegetables, meat, seafood and poultry in accordance with 21 CFR 173,370 and 21 CFR 173.315.
