Establishments that produce pesticides, active ingredients or devices, including companies or establishments that import into the United States, must register and file production reports with EPA. Production includes formulation; packaging, repackaging, and relabeling, production in an unregistered establishment is a violation of the law.

A new independent test carried out in Belgium by the Leiden University Reference Centre for Clostridium difficile (C.diff) Research, shows that the disinfectants in the TECcare™ antimicrobial technologies product range, developed by Talley Environmental Care, are highly effective at killing C.diff in spore form.
